Theda proudly stands by her words and her expressive nature, in this 13 track album, as well as lyrically crosses boundaries that some may shy away from, but Theda fully embraces. You can hear a little contemporary, world, folk, and even rap. You can also get a true sense of where Theda has gotten a lot of her inspiration from, as her voice has a style all of her own, still with a nice reminiscence of female empowered artists, such as Dido, Loreena McKennitt and Sarah McLaughlin.
Overall, Theda’s music brings out a truth that we might not all want to face, and that is living our lives as authentic as possible and facing reality head-on. The CD is filled with integrity, passion and vision, which makes not only Theda, but this album; Legacy, a step above the rest."
